| The residential property
sector continues to flourish in response to increasing
demands for home ownership and the enthusiasm of
mortgage lenders to better serve the public. As a
result, there will continue to be a huge emphasis
placed on quality condition reports and the identification
of defects. |
Countrywide
Surveyors’ Structured
Training Programme provides surveying graduates with
an opportunity to gain membership of the Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors, initially by award of the Tech
RICS qualification. The training framework has been designed
to provide practical workplace experience supported by
RICS accredited classroom based training. This structured,
employer supported approach is considered to be the first
step for individuals wishing to develop a career in Residential
Surveying.
Based in one of our surveying offices, Trainee Surveyors
are provided with the day to day support of a dedicated
mentor who will additionally act in the role of professional
Supervisor. A Counsellor will also be appointed to
add more strategic assistance and assessment, with
structured training in all core competencies provided
on a regular basis throughout the training period by
use of in-house trainers and external specialists.
Countrywide Surveyors is committed to training through
professional development and lifelong learning. Our
Trainee Surveyor Programme is approved and fully supported
by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
The combination of an employer developed and managed
programme leading to the award of Tech RICS is considered
to provide a sound skills base and excellent foundation
upon which to develop a career.
Applications are now invited from RICS accredited
degree holders. Confirmation of RICS accredited under
or post graduate achievement should be included with
each application.
